Background flat A great build. These modular kits from Walthers are very well designed. Everything fits perfectly as I've come to expect from their Cornerstone series. I'll definitely be using more of these to create more factories. This represents the back of the building facing the tracks. The electrical conduit is brass wire, wrapped with thin strips of paper to mimic joiners. The handing electrical wire is E-Z Line, which I was glad to discover sags a little. The junction boxes were cut from leftover sprues and the old sign hanger (missing its sign) is more brass wire with chain CAA'd in place.
On the other side is a Tichy fire escape and more wiring. The large duct was built from the Walthers duct kit and had to be extended with styrene to get the length. Again, more paper strips make good strapping. The fire alarm is a little bit out of scale and looks better in real life.
