CN 8400 0-8-0 Switcher

This locomotive is going to require some conversion work before it will pass as a realistic model of CN's 0-8-0 switching engines. The headlight will have to be moved so that it is centered on the front of the smokebox, new number boards will be required as well as some other minor details. As well, it will need to be converted to DCC.
