Lou's Barber Shop

This photo has a bit of an Edward Hopper feel to it, - you would probably recognize his most famours painting "Night Hawks", which I've always thought would make a great diorama.

The boys like to hang out in front of Lou's and whistle at all the young ladies passing by. In the window is a poster advertising a prize fight at the local arena tonight. Big Joe Paluka, in the red bow tie, used to be a prize fighter himself, and no doubt he'll be at tonight's bout with his two young fans.
