This is the DPM Learning Kit - actually a pretty nice little kit. The sign is made from a sheet of plastic letters that I picked up at an office supply store. The letters were black so I painted them with Testors red paint. I like the shine because it looks like the kind of plastic sign letters I see all over town. The kit comes with all the decals you see.
