Here's a neat candidate for a scratchbuild. Looks like it was once the yard office for something or other. The surrounding land is a deserted lot, at least it was deserted on this day. The fence looks new and well maintained, so there must be something going on there.

Commissioner's St. is down in the industrial/portlands area of town. Lots of oil storage, hazardous materials in the ground and so forth. One day the land will become too valuable and it will no doubt be cleaned out for condo's and townhouses. Personally, I prefer it as it is.
